We are very happy to present this second volume of writings by John Updike to be published by Thornwillow Press. This new collection of witty and thoughtful musings on the world of golf consists of four essays that are presented together here for the first time: Playing With Better Players, In Love With A Wanton, Waling Insomnia, and One Being A Senior Golfer. They are printed letterpress and bound in brown Moroccan goatskin, handmade pastepaper and celestial endpapers especially designed for the edition by Tania Lee who has also created 12 amusing and beautiful original illustrations that are printed in vibrant color.
