Featuring a complete set of prints detailing the architecture of Monticello from every angle, cross-section, and level, as well as a chronicle of the life and career of Thomas Jefferson, this edition is the perfect collection item and conversation piece for history buffs and the intellectually-minded. Wendell Garrett explores the philosophy of freedom as seen by one of its greatest champions, and in doing so provides insight into what makes a great mind, and the processes undergone by the founding fathers as they molded our young nation.
