Set in Monotype Jenson, a font created by printer and typographer Nicolas Jenson in the second half of the 15th century, and printed letterpress on paper made especiall for the edition at Bohemia Paper: Birkenhof. The illustrations have been reproduced in two hundred unbound suites of numbered prints. Includes steel plate engravings of original illustrations printed on cream wove paper and tipped in on frontispiece and throughout book.
Binding: Half green morocco and bluish green textured paste paper boards. Top edges gilt. Five raised bands on spine. Title gilt in one compartment and translators gilt in another. Marbled endpapers. Comes in Black velvet0lined linen clamshell box, with Title and translators gilt along spine.
